Making changes, especially last minute changes, is time consuming and can require maximum time and resources. This fee is just to cover my bases especially if working outside normal working hours. Supplier and airline fees are then charged on top of this fee. Airlines and suppliers charge their own fare difference as well which is outside my control. 

Same applies as changes. Suppliers charge their own cancellation fees which are outside my control, on top of my fee.

On top of the adult and child booking fees I am required to apply a group booking fee for groups larger than 10 travellers. 

It is important (international) travellers are providing me with a name exactly as it appears in your passport, failure to do so will result in airline fees to correct which will be supplied on your invoice.

If names are to be corrected on more than 5 travellers for the same booking this fee will incur per person due to the time consuming nature of the issue.

Airlines and some suppliers will not refund any funds if you no show unless it’s under unique circumstances. On a case by case basis.

Please visit the link below to apply for, or renew your passport. If you have less than 6 months from the date of return on your passport, you will be denied travel.
